This Strawberry quinoa shake is full of goodness! Quinoa is a powerhouse of protein, iron, fibre, vitamin B and loads of other vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop The Kids Breakfast Shake – Strawberry
- 60g of strawberries
- 2 tbs quinoa flakes
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 tbs low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
Method
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
